Every professional who joins Proptie goes through an onboarding programme. Its centrepiece is a series of knowledge sessions, held in person and online with ANAROCK’s leaders and market experts.

In August 2026, we kicked off onboarding with an in-person session at The Leela Hotel, Gurgaon, bringing tax and accounting professionals together with ANAROCK’s senior leaders and market experts from across its service lines.
Professionals saw how the Proptie programme is structured, how a client’s requirement is taken forward by ANAROCK, and how the market is moving.
Regular Zoom sessions bring professionals from across India together with ANAROCK’s leaders and long-standing market experts.
They cover how the programme works, the market in each professional’s own city and across India, what is new, and the technical side of real estate.
Professionals leave these sessions able to spot where their own clients may need real estate expertise. They share the requirement and ANAROCK’s team carries it through.
